Request for Authorization of participation to international events
As per international regulations, any Gymnastics Canada member/registered participant who would like to participate in an event in a foreign country must request an authorization to travel. When approved, Gymnatics Canada will issue a permission letter that may be presented to organizing committees.

- For events in the USA, please make sure that the event is authorized for international participation. You can verify by clicking HERE

- The form must be downloaded and saved before you complete it.
- Once completed, please submit the Authorization to Travel form to the address indicated on the form.
Request for Authorization to Host a Competition or Activity
A request for authorization to host a competition or activity must be submitted to Gymnastics Canada for any event or activity hosted in Canada that will include participants from another country.
