The foundation for all kinds of sports
Gymnastics can be offered to everybody and provides the best foundation of abilities for all kinds of sports.
All ages, genders, and people with disabilities can participate in gymnastics. As gymnastics is such a diverse activity, there is always something for everyone.
When a child comes to gymnastics for the first time, they start with the fundamentals, which are the same for all disciplines. Those able to master the basic exercises are able to go on to more difficult skills, and with a lot of training and hard work, can become top-level gymnasts. But those who don’t aspire to the elite level can also continue doing gymnastics. Depending on interest and need, this may be an adapted or modified form, or within another discipline. Everyone can stay in gymnastics throughout their whole life. The sport is even accessible to seniors!
Everyone should be welcome, and that is why we call it Gymnastics for All.
