Canadian team announced for 2018 Pacific Rim Gymnastics Championships

The Pacific Rim Championships take place every two years with the last event being hosted in Everett, Washington, USA in 2016. The Championships are unique in that they offer an opportunity for junior and senior aged athletes to compete together in a team format. This will be the first time that a Latin American country has hosted the event.

“This event offers an excellent opportunity for our athletes to experience a high level team competition format, and to gain valuable international competition experience,” said Ian Moss, High Performance Director at Gymnastics Canada. “In the past, many of our current top senior national team athletes have honed their competitive skills at this competition in preparation for major games and World Championships.”
