Gymnastics Canada’s National Equipment Sponsor Spieth America has also generously donated prizes for a Clubs Sweepstakes. Gymnastics clubs in Canada have been hard hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, so these prizes focus on helping in this area. The grand prize is an Anti-Viral Protective Mat that offers effective protection against viruses including COVID-19 and other bacteria. It’s manufactured by integrating silver particles that react and can reduce the spread of the virus on the working area by up to 95% after just 15 minutes, and 99.5% within 60 minutes. They are also supplying three bottles of SIO2 Anti-microbrial protective coat which creates a hygiene barrier that stands up to daily cleaning and normal use to give continual protection without the repeated use of harsh and expensive surface disinfectants.

“We’re really excited to be collaborating with our provincial and territorial partners to host this exciting event next week. We hope it energizes our Canadian gymnastics community in these trying COVID-times,” said Ian Moss, CEO of Gymnastics Canada. “Gymnastics is a beautiful, foundational sport with so much variety in its disciplines, and what they each offer to participants. We have a proud history of achievement as well that will be highlighted throughout the daily trivia quizzes which we are so thankful to our National Team partners for sponsoring. This is going to be an exciting week, and we hope the beginning of an exciting year for the sport of gymnastics in Canada.”
