Canadians dominate senior apparatus finals at UCIC men’s gymnastics competition
CALGARY, AB (March 16, 2019) – Athletes from Canada’s senior men’s artistic gymnastics national team dominated the apparatus finals at the University of Calgary International Competition (UCIC) on Saturday, taking gold on four out of the six apparatus.

Canadian athletes capture seven medals in junior and senior apparatus finals at 2019 International Gymnix
MONTREAL, QC (March 10, 2019) –Zoé Allaire-Bourgie of Montreal, QC captured three medals in the junior apparatus finals, including gold on the floor exercise, on the final day of the 2019 International Gymnix competition in Montreal on Sunday. Ana Padurariu of Whitby, ON added gold on the uneven bars, while Haley de Jong of Port Coquitlam, BC captured silver on vault and floor exercise in the senior finals.
Allaire-Bourgie wins gold in Junior International Cup at 2019 International Gymnix
MONTREAL, QC (March 9, 2019) – Zoé Allaire-Bourgie of Montreal, QC once again stood on top of the podium for Canada as she successfully defended her title in the Junior International Cup at the 2019 International Gymnix competition in Montreal on Saturday night. GREENSBORO, USA (March 2, 2019) – Ellie Black of Halifax, NS got her 2019 international season off to a strong start on Sunday at the 2019 American Cup in Greensboro, North Carolina, USA, tying with Mai Murakami of Japan for the bronze medal. Leanne Wong of the USA took the gold, while her teammate Grace McCallum took silver.
Aubin claims third gold medal with win in synchro trampoline for Team Quebec
RED DEER, AB (February 28, 2019) – Rémi Aubin claimed his third gold medal of the 2019 Canada Winter Games after winning gold in the first-ever synchronized trampoline competition at a Canada Games with his partner Benjamin Lagacé on Thursday night. Aubin also won gold in the individual and team competitions. Ashley Anaka and Hannah Metheral from Team Saskatchewan won gold in the women’s synchronized trampoline competition.
Team Quebec wins gold in team trampoline competition at 2019 Canada Games
RED DEER, AB (February 26, 2019) – Team Quebec repeated as the gold medallists in the team trampoline competition at the 2019 Canada Winter Games on Tuesday night, after also claiming the title four years ago at the last Canada Games. Team Alberta took the silver medal, while Team BC repeated as the bronze medallists.
